Your calls are billed to your account and for your security we have established a monthly spend limit of $100.00. Should you feel that your usage will exceed this amount, please contact Customer Service.
Using My Account
"My Account" is an online self-service web site where you can view and pay your Comwave bills, create your PIN, and make phone calls and much more. To register for My Account go to www.comwave.net/register and log in with your Account No. and Contact Telephone Number listed above.How Do I Make a Long Distance Call?
You can start taking advantage of our great long distance rates right away by dialing a Comwave local access number.
Dialing instructions: From your cell or home phone, simply dial the Comwave local access number and follow the prompts.
Important: When dialing from your cell phone, do not press "send" again after you dial the long distance number. If you press "send" after you dial your long distance number, your Cell Phone Company will charge you for that long distance call.
Tip: You can use Comwave from any telephone, including payphones, hotels and cellular phones. All you need is your PIN number. You can view and change your PIN from My Account.
Tip: Local access numbers are available in most areas in Canada and the US. To find a Local Access Number in your area or the area that you are travelling to, log into My Account.
