Trying Comwave Home Phone is risk-free. Put it to the test and if you are not completely satisfied, call us to cancel within thirty days from today without any further obligation.

Three year contracts include up to an additional 6 MONTHS FREE home phone (3 Months just for signing up and 3 more months when you transfer your number to Comwave). Three year contracts plans are reflected on your invoice and shown above as "3YR". Please make sure the information above is correct. Please take a moment to register to use My Account. It is located on our website and allows you to:

  • Review past invoices
  • Make payments online
  • View call logs
  • Listen to VoiceMail messages
  • Control features
  • Update 9-1-1 information

It's completely secure and easy to navigate. To register go to www.comwave.net/register. You will need the Account Number and Contact Telephone Number located at the top of this email.

     Transferring Your Number to Comwave

If you intend to transfer your number to Comwave, make sure you DO NOT cancel service with your current provider. In order to transfer your number, please login to MyAccount at www.comwave.net/myaccount and complete your account registration. Once completed, submit the Service Transfer Request Form. To ensure that there are no delays, please make sure you enter the information EXACTLY as it appears on your current phone company bill.

VoIP 9-1-1 has certain limitations versus traditional 9-1-1 service. Details can be found at www.comwave.net/911. Please log into My Account and ensure your current address information is accurate. Also don't forget to update your information if you move or when you travel and take your Comwave Home Phone adapter with you.
